'Add as logged time' setting only works on initial completion

Current behavior (working as expected):

1. Create a feature in Aha! And send it to Jira

2. Update the “Story Points” field in Jira to 10p which syncs back to Aha!

3. Change the Jira Story status to ‘Done’ which syncs back to Aha! and updates the ‘actual effort’ field in Aha! to 0p remaining.

However, if we do the following, we aren’t seeing the same behaviour:

1. Create a feature in Aha! And send it to Jira

2. Update the “Story Points” field in Jira to 10p which syncs back to Aha!

3. Change the Aha! Feature status to Complete which updates the ‘actual effort’ field to 0p remaining.

4. Change the Aha! Feature status back to In Progress and remove the logged work

5. Change the Jira Story status to Done which updates the status in Aha! But doesn’t update the ‘actual effort’ field to 0p remaining.

It seems like whenever the status transitions back and forth in its workflow and has already been in the status Complete once before, it doesn’t update the actual effort field again.
