As a first time user of Aha!, it was confusing to look at the UI menu options without having any background in the tool. I looked for basic training on the website but there was nothing on basic navigation, all the content was use case based.
I was most confused by the basic menu structure. For instance, most of the options under the header of "Roadmaps" are really reporting options. Additionally, there is a submenu under Roadmaps that is also called Roadmaps!
Also adding to the confusion of a new user is the Roadmap option of "Library", with a submenu of Overview. (so "Overview" is three levels down from the top, not really an Overview position")
The Roadmaps (parent), Library, Analytics, Roadmaps (child) are all in one grouping that would have been more obvious if it was called Reporting. Then maybe the actual Roadmaps function should be grouped within Releases menu!
And I don't even want to start on how confusing the header "Info" was, since it also had an "overview" submenu.
