Quick navigation to settings pages by name

When working with Aha! customers, one part that slows down users as they set up their account is figuring out how to navigate through to the page they need. Let's say I am helping a customer add a custom layout and statuses to their ideas and ideas portal. Currently I have to voice navigate them through tons of clicks to navigate in and out of settings to the proper pages. We often have to loop back to other pages and this requires repeating the same dive into settings several times with a user who becomes quickly intimidated by how complex it is to configure Aha!

To speed up the process of guiding a customer, I want a button they can click on every page (or a hotkey they can click) to bring up a search of all pages in Aha! Roadmaps. I can then ask them to search "custom layouts" and they are brought right to the layouts settings page. Then they search statuses and workflows and go to the right page. Through search and my guidance they can then quickly get to workspace settings and portal settings to set they needed layouts.

This could even work for other pages in Aha!, for example, "bring me to the initiatives prioritization view". It could even answer questions by bringing you to a page, like "How do I add a new field?". The KB article could also pop up in the toolbar to help once they land on the page.

Giving customers an easier way to follow our instructions and make Aha! a bit more flat to navigate would go a long way in improving how quickly we can get customers to value during an evaluation and reduce the appearance of complexity as we build up new champions.
