love that you guys are constantly adding big new features but the navigation and functionality just seem a bit spread out. for example:
the new timeline view is great. i would think most users are going to start using that as their roadmap view, but then we have pivots which i get is for other stuff, old pivot (let's be done with it)
then there is projects > roadmap (similar but different than timeline)
strategy > roadmap (pretty but not that useful)
i think any new user to the app would fine all of this pretty darn confusing. i'm sure you have a longer term plan of sunsetting things but in it's current state it feels a bit messy. you're luck that your users are probably pretty willing to put up with it.
Roc, many thanks for your feedback. We're fortunate to be growing very quickly and now have over 30,000 users in our family and it seems we've touched a nerve.
We're constantly shipping new features and improvements to support the variety of use cases with our wide customer base.
Specifically regarding the Old Pivot - there is currently support for Charting ability in this reporting area and we are planning to introduce new Chart capabilities in the future. Once this is introduced, we plan to sunset the old pivot table.
