Add Presentation to the + menu on the nav

Currently there are only 2 ways to create new presentations in Aha!, however it could be argued they are not very discoverable or always convenient. (From the more options ellipsis menu on records/reports, and from the presentations report index page, under the Roadmaps menu)

There are plenty of reasons a user would want to create a new presentation easily regardless of which page they are on in Aha!, and I find myself needing this several times each week.
