Select a dashboard from within a presentation

A dashboard can be added to a presentation from the dashboard share icon. The presentation is able to pull in various other views directly via the ‘Add Aha! view’ button, but dashboards are not included in that list. Add the ability to use choose an existing dashboard from the presentation's 'Add Aha! view' option.
