Add vote to Idea from Slack

Problem: We are unable to add a vote (proxy) to an existing Idea from Slack which requires us to either create a duplicate in Aha! then merge, or manually add the proxy vote to the idea

Use Case: We operate using slack as a communication tool and find ways to automate or simplify manual tasks when we can. One example is that we funnel customer communications (like Wootric NPS/CSAT surveys) through slack so our team can read, respond, and triage them. Many times, customer survey responses will indicate the need for an idea and thus we link the feedback received to the Idea. The channel can have dozens of daily submissions for us to triage.
