Do not share customer names / contacts with other other customers using an Ideas portal

We cannot use proxy votes as doing so shares a list of the customer (organisation) names and contacts with all portal users. Not only is this a bad thing to do I expect it breaks GDPR and other privacy laws.

Can you add an option to limit the display of customer/contact names to the Ideas portal user who entered them, and not all portal users.
