Allow proxy voting on SSO/public portal so sales can submit on behalf of customer within single sales/customer portal. Today we have to use different portals under different products so that we can identify users but it's causing too many duplicates. On top of that, the management of categories, and reporting is too arduous for our product teams to keep up.
