Allow creating a new folder when saving a view

When saving a new view, it would be useful if the user is able to create a folder to save it within. Currently, you have to make a folder before saving a view, which is pretty annoying as you have to either stop saving and go create the folder, or save somewhere else and make a folder later to move it into.

This would just make the save workflow easier and match how saving works in most other tools (which allow you to create folders as you're saving).
