Ability to Create a Folder in the 'Saving View' window

When saving a view, this is where you may realize you need a new folder. If that folder doesn't exist yet, you need to leave that screen, go to the reports area and create the folder then go back to the view (and make sure you don't lose the view by closing the tab or navigating to the reports area).
