Add sub-folder view to the Overview page

What is the challenge?	Left side navigation bar doesn't display sub-folders
What is the impact?	An appearance of lost data
Describe your idea	Add the Hygiene Dashboard Reports folder as a folder under the Hygiene Dashboards folder (see attached image).
