Create the ability to delete tags within the drop down. It's obvious there are mistakes in there and it makes the list cumbersome. If the tag is in use - notify the current user who is trying to delete so the deletion isn't completed.

Ability to have Cycles (4 months vs 3 months for Quarters) in addition Quarters, Months, Days, in the Features Roadmap timeline
Our company uses Cycles instead of Quarters. A Cycle is 4 months long so we have three Cycles per year. It would be great to have the ability to change the timeline to C1, C2, C3...or the ability to customize the timeline in the the Features Roapmap.
