Use Gravatar for user avatars

Simple one, use Gravatar instead of default image for your users if they haven't added a profile pic. https://en.gravatar.com/site/implement/images/

When viewing a card for a feature or idea, I would like to be able to print it

It would be great to have the ability to print a card in a nicely formatted way. If there is a way to do this, I've not found it.
