Product Snap Shot - save a point-in-time plan
I know that I can undo individual actions, but I'd really like to be able to take a snap shot of a product (release, features, etc) and save it, so that I can revert to that version with a single click. A notebook can show me a point in time, but it doesn't let me actually revert to that point in time.

Are you aware of the History feature? You can track changes on descriptions throughout the application and revert back to a specific snapshot in time.
While we don't have plans to incorporate this into the entire product/account, you can do this on specific areas that you may be focused on. You can also refer to the Home->Activity page to see all activity which has happened over time.
