It would be great to know about outages before finding them myself. I would have time to move meetings or trainings that would impacted based on the outage. Logging in to find an outage while on a call with 50 people is very unprofessional and an email would avoid that.
Aha! should incorporate a banner or warning of some sort to all users who log into Aha! warning of "outages" or service issues. This has occurred many times on our end where there is latency in integrations and we have no way of knowing that there is a integration issue. This has led to us wasting much time checking and rechecking mappings and the integration.
I agree with this, a banner at the top of Aha would be very helpful. I was in a demo, sharing how the Jira to Aha integration works and the integration DID NOT WORK. There was an outage during the time of my presentation.
