Stop logging people out
Once a month I go through a couple of days where Aha tells me I'm not logged in EVERY time I take an action. I log back in and search for something and get the snack bar that I'm logged out again. When I log back in, it takes me to my features page regardless of where I was in the application and I have to navigate back to wherever I was and start over. In the past 10 minutes, I've had to log back in 5 times. This is particularly frustrating when I'm trying to lead my sprint ceremonies.
We also have this problem often. I've raised it with support in the past too, and have done all the requested actions (cache, restart etc). Doing those activities all the time is not a great UX practice so I'd rather find a solution. Both Chrome and Safari.
