As a customer is rapidly trying out new features in Aha and onboarding stakeholders, some stakeholders noticed that they are receiving emails on the weekend about over-due or soon to be due items.
They need a way to turn off weekend notifications at a system level, group level or at a user level, for to-dos.
New reviewers and viewers are perceiving these emails as "spam". They are not necessarily using the tool yet, which is being configured for them. They do not appreciate the reminder emails for to-dos that are already overdue, especially over a long holiday weekend.
While this may seem to defeat the purpose of the to-dos, it does give the option to respect colleagues’ personal time on the weekends.
This now occurs in the product - we no longer send overdue to-do notifications on weekends.
