Aha! sends out the "consolidated" to-do notifications in e-mails which is a nice functionality. However, as the number of to-dos increase from various goals, initiatives, releases the confusion increases as to which context these are related to. For example there is a to-do called "define and collaborate requirements with operations team" which repeats for various initiatives as well as releases. So the person receiving this to-do does not have a clue until she or he logs into Aha!. It would be nice to be able to prefix the reminder with the context such as the release name, or initiative name to which it belongs to.
Sometimes team members will be traveling and won't be able to login to Aha! but the e-mail notifications are a great way to be reminded of what they need to work on including the context. They can even get the work done inflight.
To continue the Ideas above. Users should have an ability from the mail to mark that the task was completed or not (and in case of approval - they should have ability to approve or reject from mail without a need to log-in to the system)
The to-do emails already include the name of the record they are associated with, but in the consolidated reminder email, and in the individual email when a to-do is assigned. In the Consolidated email each line has "related to" followed by the associated record.
If you are seeing a situation where the associated record is not included in the email please email support@aha.io for more help.
Also - several of cross-functional team members are not avid Aha! users. They use only to work on their to-do.
