Add users without sending welcome message

As an administrator of Aha!, I would like to be able to add users without the system automatically sending a notification/welcome message so that I can control the messaging.

I want to be able to add distribution groups in lieu of individual people so that I can communicate without each person having their own account.

    Thank you for your idea. This is currently possible when importing users via CSV. During the import you will have the option to choose whether or not to email new users.
