Sharing Reports Needs Users Capability, not Product Capability Merged

Everyone within the organisation has view privileges by default and is handled through single sign on. 

If I create a report and want to share it with just one other person, currently I am not able to do so. If I click to share with a product, then everyone in the organisation can see the report because everyone has view access rights to every product. 

This is not great.

The request is to add a field which enables you to choose whether you want to share with a product, and/or user(s).

This way, users can be sure their report can only be viewed by the users they want to view the report. 

Whilst notebooks provides password protection capability, this is not ideal. Further, any other report other than notebooks does not provide this password capability and so there is currently no way for one person to be able to share a report with a their selected audience so they too can use the report or the workflow or whatever else it is they want to share with a selective audience.

It seems to be a relatively big oversight and one which this organisation is very keen on seeing resolved.
