Today, administrators have to manage all aspects of access control for users to access product records for the business units in order to maintain the unit's structure/implementation of Aha! This is not scalable for the 5 admins in our unit. Product owners need a secondary way to manage reviewer and viewer access by product so they can manage that as the members on their offering/rproduct teams change. We do not want to utilize the option of them having billing access for several reasons.

Thank you for your idea. This is currently possible from the Product -> Users page. In Enterprise+ accounts, it is possible that this option may have been disabled from the Account -> Billing -> License management section. This article provides more information on this setting.
