Allow backspace to work within a new comment entry text box. Right now, backspace will remove all text in the comment box even though backspace should only go "back" one "space" (not entire text)
Avoids user having to retype entire comment when backspace is entered. Workaround: save comment with spelling errors and then go back into that previously saved comment to correct errors.

The issue is no longer happening and I'm not sure why it works now.... same browser page as before (not closed) but I have been working on other feature comments and now I no longer see the issue.
