Aha viewable area for comments

What is the challenge?

I'm often needing to read old comments when responding or adding testing notes and I find the viewable area is really small and requires scrolling heaps to read everything.

What is the impact?

In the past I've needed to save the comment early and then edit but this will create multiple emails if someone is following the ticket or people are mentioned.

Describe your idea

Can we raise a feature request to add a resize bar to the active comment or some way change the size of the viewable area without needing to save the comment first.
