Auto-scroll to see the Comment Save button

When adding a comment, have the whole comment segment appear.

Currently when I click in the comment field, it expands to the Text box entry information (including scrolling the page to see the whole comment text). However, I am not able to see the Mockup, Attachment, or Save button until I scroll. (I like that "enter" isn't the save command because I can have better formatted text.)

Please scroll to include the whole part of the comment segment. So if I am near the bottom of the screen, I can see the options. 

It doesn't take much content to have the comment box go past the fold.

PS: This is how "Requirements" and "To-dos" currently function. Please make commenting the same.
