As an Admin, I would like the ability to easily see and filter which custom fields are being used by which products and product lines

As a very large account user, we have A LOT of custom fields and we are finding it very hard to manage. Our biggest pain point is that some of our Admins will update a custom field, that they believe is only being used by them in their product, and inadvertently change it for other products as well.

What would help us is to be able to easily see which products / product lines are associated with each custom field in those main account settings pages. Then, also as critical for us, would be then to filter to look for custom fields with specific names and/or look for custom fields associated with specific products. Basically, the ability to search by product or custom field name.

Thank you for the idea. Given the low volume of support for this idea, we do not have plans to make updates in this area at this time. However, since this idea was originally created we have since added a list of products that each custom field is used in while the field is being edited. We hope that helps to prevent users from inadvertently editing a field that they thought was only used in their workspace.

Mike, if the button says "Voted" then you have already voted for the idea, clicking the button again will remove your vote.

As a general observation, it took me a minute to realize that in order to vote, I needed to click on the "Voted' button at the top left of the screen.  So, if you want to vote.... click it!

This is critical for us to expand into other parts of the organization.  High priority.
