As a product manager, I want to be able to expose custom field data in my feature cards because I'm organized around custom fields and not the standard fields.

I have pieces of data that are very important to me and my business, but aren't part of the standard Aha fields that features come with. It's great that I can create custom fields, but now that I have and have months of data pushed into those fields, it's a big blocker for me to then not be able to use those fields in arguably the biggest organizational feature of Aha, the cards.

I see! In that case, I guess the request would be to indicate that somehow so that its discoverable beyond this support forum :) Thanks for the help!

Hi Ryan, the notes fields are not available to add to the cards due to the amount of text (plus formatting, attachments, etc.) that could be included in them.

Update upon more testing: The "Note" field is not considered a custom field when customizing the cards. All the other field types I test show up, but ironically the note field is the only type of custom field I extend my features with. So I guess narrowed scope around original request: I wish I could surface data from "Note" custom fields on my cards.

I totally get that that article says I should be able to do it... it's just wrong :) Or, at least, it doesn't work for me. No matter how I attempt to customize the cards, I am never presented with an option to choose my custom fields. I can choose from a myriad of stock fields, but I suspect if you go test it, you might get stuck too.
