Customer Journey Maps

I think you should consider including building out Customer Journey Maps within Aha.  It would help greatly with planning the product and building it out.  You can start just by building out the maps and then eventually tie the different identified opportunities into Initiatives or Features within Aha.  You already have a way to build our Personas within the product, this would be an extension to that.
