Customer Journey Maps

I think you should consider including building out Customer Journey Maps within Aha.  It would help greatly with planning the product and building it out.  You can start just by building out the maps and then eventually tie the different identified opportunities into Initiatives or Features within Aha.  You already have a way to build our Personas within the product, this would be an extension to that.

    +1, very closely needed with User Story Mapping!  Smaply great example, would be good to have an integration if Aha won't do this soon.  Also great integration would be MarvelApp which can do this right now, see here:
