User journey maps feature in Aha! is not used, requiring product owners to use other tools. The impact is a disjointed product development lifecycle and lower usage of Aha!. The feature below would result in more streamlined product operations, and contextualize the features and capabiltiies within a user journey - making the features more easily understood. It would also enable us to use Aha with other stakeholders to describe the user journeys that are live, in development, or under consideration. |

Having the ability to add a screenshot/mockup to a user journey step would provide stakeholders with a visual reference for what the features in the user journey maps do. There are competing solutions that provide the ability to author high impact user journey maps in a more flexible way. They have the ability to add swim lanes for notes, attachments, links and more. Additional metadata for a user journey would also help stakeholders filter and find journeys they are interested in as the catalog of user journeys supported by our solution grows. |
