Highlight the hyperlinks within the cards/pages of a Notebook

Some customers use the Notebooks to share the key reports required by the team, inside the organization with other Aha! users. When clicking within a notebook from the Reports -> Notebooks -> Overview screen, highlight the hyperlinks within each cards so that users know it is a link to get them directly to that report (right now they do not look like a hyper link). Then provide the ability for them to easily go 'back' to the notebook to view other reports that are in the notebook as well.
