Our IT has a recommendation on how tackle the following issue, so I would like to request for a conference call
Problem Statement::
We have over 100+ products and creating one common ideas portal for all the products would make it un-usable / disourage customers, because we have certain segments of product users and they do not want to traverse through other 80+ products to get to their specific product.
Moreover, our Product Managers like to have their own ideas portal sandbox, which requires our IT to make each ideas portal as a "Service Provider", which seems to be a lot of overhead in both short and long terms. So, we would like to discuss the issue and come up with the feasible solution for the same.
If you have many portals, it is now easier to manage single sign-on. You can now set up single sign-on just once and use that same configuration for as many ideas portals as you need — available with Ideas Advanced.
Similar challenges with Idea Portal SSO configuration. We have a large amount of idea portals for which we are currently unable to utilize the SSO option because we would need to create separate security entries for each.
That sounds great. I'd love to hear what you and the team have come up with.
