Allow Multiple Users to Vote on Scorecards

In the knowledge base for scorecards, you say "if you want multiple people to weigh in, it's best to have a live collaborative session or request they provide comments for each feature."

For features that are past the idea phase (eg: imports from Jira), I think it would be really valuable to be able to have all user levels with access to the product be able to update their votes for each feature individually, at their leisure, then have Aha aggregate all the scores into one Aha Score based on the aggregated data.

Then, for collaborative meetings, a product owner can focus on features with particularly high or low scores and ask for the stakeholders' positions to be defended at that point.

Thank you for the request. It's currently possible for multiple users to enter/update scores through the use of custom scorecard field. You can create a scorecard for each person to fill out, and use the reporting feature to show scores by each person. You can even include the score components in your Reports to analyze what areas may be leading to high/low scores.

There is also a similar idea where our customers have requested the ability to allow custom field/values to be fed into a scorecard. This idea is currently marked as Likely to implement and you can find it here: https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/APP-I-1132

If the latter idea is of interest, we would suggest voting for it so that you can be notified of future updates. In the meantime, we hope that the workaround can help you achieve your goals.

Group voting on scorecards

I think it would be a nice option (not force it on anyone) if multiple team members or anyone in your team that uses the AHA tool in your company should be able to vote. Making the scorecard actually take the average instead of just relying on one...
