I would like to evaluate the importance of a feature request / idea also based on the user who requested it.
For this purpose, I would need to be able to assign 'value' to users based on their email and perhaps arrange those in groups:
Groups could be
- Important / Loud / Small / Big / etc..
- Types of stakeholders from which the request came from (Sales, End User, Executives)
- Keep Satisfied, Manage Closely, Monitor, Keep informed
- etc...
Thank you for your idea. This is currently possible by adding custom metrics to your scorecard. You could create a metric for each of these groups so that as you update the score for each the total score for the idea would be impacted accordingly.
