Be able to control what triggers the status changes in ideas as they develop as features Merged

Currently, AHA allows the following 2 triggers only:

1. The first trigger is when you promote an idea to become a feature, the idea status will change to the first status that's in the category status of "In progress".
2. The second trigger is when a Feature is updated to a status of "shipped", it will drive the status change of the idea to the first status that is in the status category of "Done".

Many of us need to be able to keep idea requesters more informed during the process. For example: If something moved into development, is being tested, etc (according to our feature flow). 

We'd need it to be able to control this so that we can keep idea requesters informed throughout the development process. Otherwise, all they know is that something will be built and that it's shipped but nothing in between.
