Idea status category should match the Feature status category

Please change the Status Category of "Done" for Ideas to say "Shipped" to be consistent with the corresponding Feature status category.

When you mark a Feature to a status category "Shipped", it will automatically update the related Idea to be "Done".  Now, why couldn't Aha just call them both Shipped?  To make it even more confusing, there's also a Feature status category of "Done" (which only means the development is done)...ahhh!  So, naturally I thought that making a Feature "Done" would make the Idea "Done" as well, which wouldn't be good, since the Feature hasn't "shipped" to users yet.  Fortunately your blog post highlights that an Idea isn't marked as "Done" until the Feature is "Shipped".  But, if both status categories were just named "Shipped", that would be so much easier to figure out on my own!  Interestingly enough, the default description for the "Done" Idea category is..."Shipped"!  I think I've made my point.  :)

Hi Joe, you can decide which idea statuses you want to show up in the portal by checking the Show in ideas portal checkbox in your ideas workflow. This article provides more details.

Can we also define what the status category should display in an Idea portal?
Cancelled Won't Do maps to Will not do

But to the customer it stays "In Progress"

If I mark it to Shipped the idea shows done and looks like we completed it and not that we are not moving forward with the idea/request.

    Agreed, this is pretty confusing.

Idea and Feature status categories are system-defined and trigger certain behaviors in the application, right?  There's no place I can find to add new Idea status categories.  If I've missed it, please give me the detailed directions to get there.
