Ideas Portal custom fields that are only visible to Employees/Partners or higher

Currently (as far as I can see) you can only set custom fields in the Ideas Portal to be public (all logged in users) or private (AHA users). There isn't the ability to hide a field from the public and only show it to Employees/Partners or AHA users.

These permissions levels for customer fields don't seem to match the portal users permission levels?

Is there a timeframe for this?

The reason I'd like this one is because when employees are using the portal we need them to record the customer who they are logging an idea on behalf of, along with their honest estimation of the customer's need for it.

When a customer is logging an idea though, we don't want to prompt for either of these.

The ability to specify a form layout from the custom layouts for Aha users and private/public users would be very helpful.
