Move feature to top
It takes a lot of effort to put a feature to the top of a board column when you have a big backlog. This need arises also because it is not possible to edit the rank of a feature in the list view.

It is now possible to easily move features to the top or bottom of any release.
A "Move to top" or "Move to bottom" drop zone is now visible when moving features on your Features board. Note that these areas of the board will only be visible (when the top or bottom of your release is not directly visible on the page).
These areas are activated on hover state based on the release you are on.

We apologize for the miscommunication. The status for this idea was accidentally updated to shipped. However, this is an idea that we are strongly considering for upcoming development.
Was this shipped and released? - I was playing with the feature cards on the feature board and I don't think I found the option to move to top (or move to bottom as someone else was suggesting). May be missing something. Thanks!
We would also like to request the same option for moving a feature to the bottom of the backlog
