I want to assign a TODO item to the person that submitted an idea so that they are continually reminded that their input is required in order to advance an item.

The ability to create TODO items for the idea creator is necessary because:

1) Idea creators often need to be reminded to provide input at some point in the future. With current functionality we have to create ToDo items for ourselves in Aha or Outlook/Google/iCloud/etc. to get the required info. 

2) Emails generated by Aha, from public comments, are not effective in engaging stakeholders to take action. 

This functionality will: a) reduce unwarranted escalations for tasks that are pending customer input; and/or b) ensure that good ideas do not get lost as a result of the administrative burden in the current system.
