Create button for "email expert"

When opening an idea from the tool so from an evaluator perspective. It would be helpful to have a button with something like "email expert". When clicking on this button I should be able to enter someones email address and then automatically send an email to that person with my question and a link to the idea.

This way the people evaluating the ideas can get support from someone they believe is able to help them out on that specific idea. 

Basically this feature would be the same as the "private comment" feature but for anyone, not just aha users.
