Email assignee when idea ships

We want to be able to generate an email that sends the assignee of an idea an email reminding them to add a portal comment for the stakeholders when the idea transitions to a specific status (in this case: shipped).

Since the logic is set to auto-ship an idea when the promoted issue ships, the idea is often forgotten and the stakeholder doesn't get a proactive update about their requested changes.

I would like to tackle this through an automated email because to-dos do not work for our PM team.

In a perfect world this would work via an issue based (instead of workspace) slack integration.
