Portal links within Aha! should be friendlier Merged

Within the Aha application, there is a portal link to the Idea for each configured portal, however, the URL redirects through the auth process:

https://ideas.zaloni.com/auth/redirect_to_aha?return_to=%2Fideas%2FPLAT-I-673

This is confusing for our customers, since the login page makes it appear as though they must log in to see the idea (they don't) or that they can use G Suite for SSO (they can't).

Instead, the URL should be the actual URL of the Idea:

https://ideas.zaloni.com/ideas/PLAT-I-673

This is important for our customer support reps to be able to copy the portal URL for the Idea and paste it into a support ticket, for communication with the customer.
