Button to copy portal link for an idea

when I want to share a link to an idea with an external portal user, i have to click on Portals>View in Portal, then copy link from the browser URL

when you view an idea in Aha, you can click the idea ID and it automatically copies the link to clipboard, but this is the link to the idea in Aha, not in the portal

improvement: make it just as easy to copy the link to the idea in the portal by adding a one click button inside Aha (see mockup attached)

  Product managers can now easily copy an idea's portal link. On the portals tab of any idea, click the new "Copy portal link" button for the intended portal. The link is copied to your clipboard and you can paste to send it out to your customers or internal portal users.

  We want this portal link available directly on the feature record the idea is promoted to as well.
