Apply filters to the Milestone Chart View and keep milestones off the chart until explicitly charted

We have a long list of master features for our product line that need to be prioritized at that level. It would be helpful to do it iteratively, and one way to do that is with filters that allow us to focus just on the master features associated with certain teams or with a certain status. Another way to do that would be doubly helpful, and that is to have a clear list of master features that are off the chart initially so that it's clear when they've been deliberately placed by a person vs. by Aha. Lastly, I would love to be able to have PMs move them by value and EMs move them by effort. A secondary interface like a single column spreadsheet for drag-drop ranking for the 1-dimension organization could be easier to read and make things entirely relative to one another, and might allow visibility of other fields to help inform this ordered list for value or effort order. Then one could swap back to the chart view and have these in the right order for value or effort, which would be rad.
