Employees will create ideas on behalf of our customers, via Salesforce.
We need to use custom fields that will get specific values per customer, like: priority, urgency, number of users etc.
For example, we have idea X and filed “priority”.
Idea X is linked to account A with low priority.
Idea X is also linked to account B, this time with high priority
Currently, It is not possible to have fields set per each customer.
Please add this option.
