Use the JIRA URL field to show the JIRA link

I have JIRA linked with Aha! and can see the JIRA Id and key - which is great. But I would love to have the URL link available in my list report as well. It looks like there is a field JIRA URL, but it is blank. What is it used for?

Thank you for fixing this. Now I see the URL. I just wish I could click on it as a link.

My apologies. I was mistaken in my original response. The good news is that you can get the into Aha! by mapping it back to a custom field in Aha! in your integration settings. This article explains in more detail. Someone from our customer success team will also follow up with you directly to make sure you are all set. Thank you!

Hi there, the Jira URL field should display the URL of the linked record in Jira. If the Aha! feature is not linked, then the field will be empty in reports. If you are seeing the field empty for records that are linked, can you please email support@aha.io with more details and they will help to troubleshoot what is happening. Thank you!
