Make JIRA URL active in Hierarchy report

Currently when you pull in the JIRA URL into the hierarchy report, it is just text and not an active hyperlink.

    Thank you for the idea. This is possible today. When the Jira URL is added to a report it is now clickable. The status of this idea was out of date.

      I would add that the JIRA key should also be a link, as I would rather not have the entire URL shown in the report.
