Add a warning if a trailing slash is added to Jira server URL

If a trailing slash is added to the Jira server URL on the "Configure account" step of the Jira integration setup, it can cause the integration links to break. It would be helpful if there were a warning on this step if a trailing slash is added, in addition to the message, which is easy to miss.
