Ability to add Priority Limits when list is filtered using Tags

What is the challenge?

Currently, there is no way to add priority limits when records are filtered using tags.

What is the impact?

I use one idea portal to prioritize multiple applications' roadmap and am unable to separate the records other than by tag but then the Priority limits functionality is not available which makes it difficult to communicate with my stakeholders on what might be falling below the line in terms of work.
