I want to output the relevant JIRA link based on the Integration name within my List Report

Within my release report, we have a JIRA integration to various sub-systems, one of which I want to display the link to within the list report table view but see no way how.

It allows me at a glance to easily see what releases have this field, and click through to it. If I manage this via a custom field I can do just that but that lacks the functionality/benefit of the JIRA integration.
