The ability to review previously ignored integration candidates and undo the ignore

What is the challenge?

Once you ignore an integration candidate, it is ignored forever unless you manually import or link the ignored record. If someone ignores a record by mistake there is no recourse to review those potential errors and correct them.

What is the impact?

Users can correct records that were ignored but should not have been ignored

Describe your idea

Some ability see previously ignored records and update the status to approve and import them, separate from the current candidate list

Agree with Jon Berg, we would need this for Azure DevOps.

We have struggled with this in our org. We use Azure Dev Ops. This would be a great enhancement.

Note this should probably be merged with A-I-16541

Thank you for adding this Stephanie! I believe this was as a result of my pinging support team to ask about this.

I just want to add that even exposing the list of previously ignored issues in the API would be a whole lot better than nothing. Right now, it's a mystery, which is a real problem for us. Thanks!

Epics that aren't selected for import in the Import list should be saved or maintained in Aha for later import.

Merged
What is the challenge? Once an epic is ignored on the import list in Aha it cannot be retrieved to be imported at a later date. What is the impact? Doubles the work of having to create the corresponding feature for the epic in Aha and then link it...
